CRCA rectangular pipe bed frame work welded with heavy duty four corner round tubes of 14swg with plastic insets to accept head & foot panels.
CRCA rectangular undercarriage base frame, 12swg tubular linkages with 40x10, 40x5 flats.(laser cut)
Undercarriage base frame fitted with 125mm dia, heavy duty fully moulded synthetic grade TPR castor wheels, two of them with brakes.
Bed frame provided with insertion points for fitting telescopic IV stand at four locations.

Middle section and leg section are removable
Leg section can be telescoped under main section for lithotomy position.

Removable Head & foot panels of polymer moulded material with heavy duty metal inserts.
Patient safety side railings: PP moulded “Fold-Down” two split safety side rails with angle indicator and mounted on heavy duty bracket of 25x8mm flats, fitted with gas spring assisted mechanism and operating lever.
Telescopic IV stand:Stainless steel tubular heavy duty frame work with plastic guided bush at top. Height adjustable Stainless steel IV rod having two side “RING” type hooks fitted with Nylon threaded knob.
